We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. The product must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for a full refund. Any parts with visible damage may not be eligible for refund.

Great Products!

We purchased this to give the cats more variety along with the Fabric Shelves, Shelves, Step Shelves, beds and the bridge! We loved that all the products use the same braces and can work in walls that have 24" studs. Some of the directions were confusing because the hardware was packaged together. The videos helped. We highly recommend CatastrophiCreations. Our cats love climbing!

Awesome and modular!

I paired this with a scratching 2-tier scratching post with leaf connector to add a way up, and boy do my two cats love this new setup!! I recently rearranged some furniture and they couldn't get up to one of their favorite window anymore, and this has very nicely fixed their problem :)

Everything is super stable, and the instructions are very clear and helpful. The packaging even comes with an extra long drill bit and the drivers you need for the provided screws -- they really go above and beyond with ensuring you have everything you need for the install minus the drill itself!!

I also really love that all of their separate pieces are modular to make it seamless to combine different pieces together like I did. Just, all around 10/10 to Catastrophic Creations!
