Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. The product must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for a full refund. Any parts with visible damage may not be eligible for refund.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. You are welcome to send the items back using the carrier of your choice. We can also provide a prepaid return label that we will deduct from the final refund.

The Lift Cat Hammock x 1

This is a Hammock that your cat can access by climbing a small ramp. These are perfect for starting your layout, and then adding to over time. Many people will also use this piece as an access point for a larger layout. We love the versatility of The Lift.

Floating Scratching Post x 1

Our Floating Scratching Posts are one of the most popular items in our shop and you will likely find one included in almost every Cat Wall! This makes them a perfect addition to a Starter Pack Bundle. These Posts are great because your cat can let loose and scratch to their heart’s content, or they can hop across using it as a stepping stone throughout the layout.

Plush Bed x 1

You can convert the horizontal Hammock in the Lift to a soft, cozy napping area by attaching the Plush Bed. This pad is made with pet-safe acrylic fur. We have a Plush Bed added to our Lift at home and our cats absolutely love this combination! These are designed for our bamboo platforms, but you can attach the Plush Bed to any smooth, flat surface.

Hammock Mounting Instructions

Stud spacing and wall construction

Most construction in the US is made up of drywall over wall studs, which are wooden or metal 2x4s that act as the frame of the wall and are what the drywall is attached to. Because these studs are very sturdy, we’ve designed the furniture to be installed into them. They’re typically spaced out at 16” from center to center, so that’s what we’ve designed the furniture to accommodate.
