***This is a private listing for the 24″ version of the Mini Garden Cat Condo***
We took our largest Condo, the Gardens, and created a mini version that is suitable for a smaller space. The Mini Garden includes two Planters which are perfect for redirecting chewing behaviors toward a cat-safe plant instead of an unsafe option. This Condo allows your cat to tap into their wild side by climbing the tall Scratching Pole or weaving through the Escape Hatch to play around on the Hammocks.
Our latest furniture collection has been meticulously engineered to be stronger and more versatile than ever! Instead of using pine for our wooden components, we now use bamboo. Bamboo is a highly sustainable material that is stronger than pine and allows for a sleek, modern design. Another improvement to the design includes a third mounting point that has been added to our Mounting Planks. Using an additional screw provides extra support and holds the furniture rock solid against the wall. Even the most playful kitties can feel safe and secure using our Condos!
This piece comes with your choice of Charcoal Gray or Natural cotton canvas.
Are your studs 24″ apart?
Our products are designed to mount into studs spaced 16” apart but can easily be modified for 24” studs! If you are looking to work with a stud spacing other than 16”, please contact us before you place your order. We can provide instructions on how to modify each Condo for 24” spacing, as well as how to work with alternate/irregular stud spacings. Please note that additional materials may be required for a modified layout.
This Condo includes a Planter Shelf, but plants are not included. You can add any cat-safe plants to this pot to achieve your desired look. Here are a few plant options that work well with this Condo: Spider Plant, Lemon Butter Fern, Cat Nip, Cat Grass, Variegated Wax Plant, Lilyturf, and Boston Fern
Replacement Sisal Segments
Our Scratching Poles provide a healthy outlet for cats to use their claws. Your cats can scratch and stretch in a constructive setting, keeping your furniture safe!
Bear in mind that although we have the sisal rope glued in place, their purpose is to be scratched which will cause them to show wear and tear over time. These sisal pole sections can be easily replaced by simply removing two furniture bolts, without taking other furniture down from your cat’s wall. If you have a cat who favors scratching, then your segments will be worn through quicker, but this all depends on the activity level of your cat.
