Domestic orders under $59, International orders, Alaska, and Hawaii destinations will be responsible for shipping costs. 

International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or fees upon receipt. For more information about this, we recommend contacting your local customs office. 

Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. The product must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for a full refund. Any parts with visible damage may not be eligible for refund.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. You are welcome to send the items back using the carrier of your choice. We can also provide a prepaid return label that we will deduct from the final refund.

The catnip is fresh and the different ways to use it (stick, stalk, spray or ground) works so well the cats. I have two emotional support cats and it is nice to see them play and ‘go crazy’ and literally return to a kitten-like stage when the catnip is used. I’ve bought catnip prior to this and they just absolutely refused to go near it. This catnip is different and they love it! I believe you have two very satisfied customers.

The cats absolutely LOVE the silvervine catnip buds! I could not even get them out of the package...AND when I did empty the envelope, the cats were actually trying to get into it. They were licking the it, scratching at it, trying to crawl inside...I thought 😳 I can’t wait to give them the actual product if this is their reaction to the just the packaging!! As soon as I’d open the baggie, their little noses were going crazy and they were so anxiously waiting for me to give them the buds. Such joy seeing them SOOO happy😻
