This is our 1st generation Vertical Cat Fort. If you would like to see the 2nd generation Cat Fort, which includes our new removable fabric and cat mod attachment options, follow this Link

This piece is perfect for areas where there’s not a lot of horizontal wall space to work with. There is a ladder at the bottom, leading up to a series of lounging hammocks and shelves, with a couple large sisal-lined holes for cats to easily travel among the different levels.

Because the entrance to the structure has a ladder and hole, it creates a thought provoking exercise for cats. It’s great for families that have dogs and are looking for ways to give cats their own space.

We use solid wood for the shelving and mounting posts, and thick heavy-weight canvas for the hammocks. All of the brackets come attached for easy installation. All of our furniture also comes with screws and drywall anchors.

This piece is mounted among three studs, spaced 16″ from center to center. (If your studs are spaced differently, let us know before ordering and, if necessary, we’ll build you a custom piece accordingly for an additional fee.)

When mounted into studs, each of the hammocks are rated to hold 62 lbs. Each of the wooden planks are weight tested to hold 85 lbs.

We have new easy-to-wash, waterproof marine canvas! With this fabric, cat hair and other debris wipes off quickly with a wet towel If you want this option, just select a fabric that says “Waterproof” in the drop-down.
