CC was super easy to work with. We installed the system behind/ above our couch and we love to interact as our fur baby chills out or scrambles up the side. We made a slight modification since we didn’t have the entire height of our wall to work with. It was very easy to redesign to our specifications.

The item shipped and arrived very quickly. The directions are very clear and the items in the package are wrapped and marked to help with the process as well. I appreciate that the proper drill bit pieces are included, and with a stud finder this project ended up being not overly complicated even for a less handy person. Very study when properly installed and a lovely and fun addition to our home.

My 2 cats are absolutely loving this cat tree! I also love the modern look. It's something I'm super proud to show off in my living room. The versatility of the system is a great selling point. There are limitless options to what you can do with the configurations. We installed ours mirrored from the instructions to accommodate a shorter wall in our space. Installation was quite laborious but pretty simple once we got the hang of drilling holes into studs. The cat bridge is sooo cute! Elexis at Cat. Creations designed the perfect wall (she was very professional, highly patient, and provided just exquisite customer service). I live in Hawaiʻi so my order (4 large boxes) had to be shipped about 5000 miles. The packaging was top-notch and absolutely nothing was broken (it would take a lot to break these products; they are super-sturdy). The directions were excellent, though I couldʻve used more detail. But Elexis and Mike (owner) have infinite patience and helped me.
Caution: Make damn sure your wall studs are strong enough to hold the weight of these products, plus happy, leaping cats. My studs are metal and I had to hire a contractor to put up a piece of plywood over the wall and the shelves, etc. were installed onto the plywood.
I did receive extra materials that I didnʻt order. I did not receive an offer for reimbursement, just a suggestion that I could buy more products to use up the extras. This actually worked for me as I had extra plywood, so my cat, Pebbles, now has 2 walls ʻo fun! Additionally, I had a LOT of hardware left over (screws, etc.) - not sure why as nothing has fallen down...yet... - but was told just to keep it. I have no use for it. Also, still have one extra piece that I was told just to keep (no offer of reimbursement).
All-in-all, SUPER HAPPY with the results and am SO GLAD I found Catastrophic Creations!!
We installed The Canyon yesterday it is just so beautiful!! It fits perfectly in our living room over our couch. Kitties were intrigued as soon as we were done. The directions are so clear. We will definitely order again.
It's a lot of money! So it seems. Even though we have a decent income but it still feels like a lot of money when I was debating whether to get it or not. However, after we received the set and put it up. We feel so thankful that we took the plunge. As many have said, the quality is amazing. It's so visually pleasing that it feels like an installation art for me. However, the most important thing is that our cat loves it. He started to play on it when we were putting up the pieces and even fell asleep on one of the hemmock as the drill runs next to him. So much value. Best purchase ever.

I bought the slotted shelves and that and the photo gave me the impression I was getting 2 shelves but there is only one, to each their own $69.30 but more if you don't have a discount, So hope this helps anyone as dumb as me lol. I'll use it though seems like good quality and very firm.

I started looking at cat walls when we transitioned our cats from outdoors to full-time indoors. Yes, you can get a cat wall from Amazon or Wayfair for 1/3 the price, but I guarantee they won't be as high-quality as the Juggernaut. Every piece, from the shelving to the canvas to the hardware to the packaging, is clearly considered. The installation took about 5-6 hours over a couple of days with a lot of careful measuring and leveling, but everything fit together perfectly. One of our studs was a couple of inches off, so I had to get creative in a few spots. When the leaf shelves for the sisal pole were restocked, we added two of those as well (plus, another planter top / pot). It's create a fun place for the cats to play - and for them to stalk us.

I was originally concerned about whether our cats would make use of this bridge. Sure enough, our typically bold tabby, Sasha, approached with extreme caution. But after a few days of coaxing with treats, the bridge (and the hammock at the other end) have become favorite spots of hers. Our cats have been anxious about having their own space when we're all together in the living room, so this is a huge quality of life improvement for us all.
I'm impressed with the quality of the bridge components, and after fussing around with a few of the other products we ordered, it was intuitive to assemble. I was worried that I'd have to modify our window trim since we planned on spanning the window with the bridge, but the bridge planks were perfectly offset to fit in front of our trim.
Even though we got the largest bridge possible and it's mounted across a window, it still doesn't feel like it takes up too much space or closes off the room. We're all delighted with this bridge!
