Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. The product must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for a full refund. Any parts with visible damage may not be eligible for refund.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. You are welcome to send the items back using the carrier of your choice. We can also provide a prepaid return label that we will deduct from the final refund.

About: Floating Cat Step for Wall

Offer your cat a scratching outlet that doubles as a quick route up and down the wall! Made from natural sisal rope, these scratching posts don’t shred like cardboard. They’re mounted on the wall with a patented, cold-rolled steel bracket that holds up to 70 pounds per post.

Easy Installation - Install into cement, brick, or drywall by fastening the bracket to your wall studs. We provide both paper and video mounting instructions for your convenience.

Apartment-Friendly - Installation utilizes two #8 screws which are the same size as you would use to hang a picture. Removal from the wall on move-out is a quick and easy process. The mounting bracket comes with a foam pad attached to the back. This prevents paint from peeling from the wall once removed, leaving two small ⅛” holes that can be patched in a few easy steps.

Stud spacing and wall construction

Most construction in the US is made up of drywall over wall studs, which are wooden or metal 2x4s that act as the frame of the wall and are what the drywall is attached to. Because these studs are very sturdy, we’ve designed the furniture to be installed into them. They’re typically spaced out at 16” from center to center, so that’s what we’ve designed the furniture to accommodate.
