I ordered this for a Christmas gift for my son the first week in December. About a week before Christmas, this company contacted me and said they were out of what I ordered. They gave me a bunch of other options, none of which worked for the plan I had to I asked to cancel the entire order. Then magically, they found one in the warehouse? I confirmed via email "it will be slotted? I need it to go around a corner?" And was answered YES! My son opened it on Christmas; It wasn't slotted. However, they took care of it right away and got the right item sent out and a pre-paid shipping label to send back the wrong one. Ultimately, this set-up is awesome. It's so sturdy and stable. This is 9-10 feet off the ground and connects to the pole we've had for years around the corner. We threw some treats up there initially, Now they are up there often. They use both the shelf and hammock. This company has very good, prompt communication. I had a question about replacing parts of the sissal scratching posts and they quickly responded with directions and affordable replacement parts. I am NOT handy, and the thought of hanging this was STRESSFUL. But they make it totally doable and it turned out great! I won't order cat climbing stuff from anywhere else because this is high quality and stable.
