We modified it some to fit the space. Our cats love it!
We already had a large wall we loved from Catastrophic that led to a 3/4 of the room walkway. We soon discovered with three rescues, they wanted to be up and walk around. They didn't have a way to get down on the other end! Dakota to the rescue! We changed it a bit to fit the needs and the space. Love that about the walls, you can make it your own. Now, kitties can use either wall for entrance or exit!!

Easy to follow instructions, and almost everything you need is included, like the drill bit. I installed it mirrored and it was no problem. My cats like it so much they were climbing on it before I was done installing it.

The condo was the perfect size for our wall. It looks nice and is good quality.
Assembling it took some practice and patience, but it is not complicated. You are really putting a lot of faith into the contractors that built your home. The locations of the studs in our wall were not always what we expected. For some pieces, we could stretch the canvas. Luckily, the wooden plank piece worked out. If the studs were off a little bit, I'm not sure what we would have done.
I would also advise to use an Allen wrench on the planks with the furniture screws. We overdid it a bit with the drill (which the instructions specifically warned against) and broke the barrel piece that the furniture screw screwed into.
All in all, the company was easy to work with and shipping was quick. Our cats liked the condo once they realize what it was. 5 stars!

Stud spacing and wall construction
Most construction in the US is made up of drywall over wall studs, which are wooden or metal 2x4s that act as the frame of the wall and are what the drywall is attached to. Because these studs are very sturdy, we’ve designed the furniture to be installed into them. They’re typically spaced out at 16” from center to center, so that’s what we’ve designed the furniture to accommodate.
