If I was able to give this product more than a five star rating I would. Not only is the look, quality, and easy of installation better than I could have imagined the customer service is exceptional. I did not think through how the pieces I purchased were going to fit on the small area of wall I had available and needs to make some changes. I emailed Megan and she responded to me right away with a quick fix. I was able to exchange a couple pieces and make it work perfectly. As long as CatastrophiCreations is selling these products I will continue to purchase any cat tower products from them. I’m so in love with how it came out and get compliments on it every day. As a cat Mom with allergies I am always on the hunt for pet furniture that is washable and easy to keep clean. (For some reason this is 99% impossible) This wood is high quality, perfectly smooth finish and didn’t smell like varnish or stain at ALL. The pieces were easy to put together and very versatile – you can mix, match and install any which way. I had a tricky wall with strange stud distances and I had NO problem.

I played with these pieces and bought additional fabric – do yourself a favor and buy a few of these, it’s really fun to mix and match!

Our cats are a bit selective with their toys, but once we opened the package, they happily rubbed against the pieces, the wood, the fabric! We weren’t done installing the cat condo and they were already climbing it! It’s been a few weeks and they have had some crazy Matrix-style moments up there!

Easy to install but we did take our time. The instructions were easy to follow and the pieces are sturdy and well designed. Super happy!

Hands down the best thing we have purchased for our indoor cat! Setting up this along with the Escape Hatch did take a few hours but it was worth it. While hesitant at first, our cat now loves it and is on it for most of the day. He especially loves the Escape Hatch – he spends hours playing and dropping his toys through it. Highly recommend for indoor cats that need some extra fun around the house!

It may have taken some bribery with treats to get my cat up the wall to start, but now it’s his favorite place to hang out. At 12 years old, I wanted to keep him active and this is a great start. Many pieces in the pic have been up for over a year, I recently added more (thus this review) but even the old pieces still look new. Great quality!

Best cat climber I’ve purchased. Excellent quality & looks fantastic on the wall! It’d be great for those that don’t want the look of cat furniture in their house. My kitties took to it right away & I think every cat deserves something like this!
